The overall result is 3,000 hours of learning completed, more than 9,000 activities undertaken, and 1,000+ Conversation Classes held, reflecting a 114% increase in participation.
Combining gamification with holistic language training contributed to a steady rise in collaboration and training engagement. The “goFLUENT Team Challenge,” a gamified initiative involving eight teams of 5 participants each, became a primary learning boost. The challenge generated 1,000+ training hours, 4,500 activities, and 700 Conversation Classes in just one month, fostering teamwork and developing language skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
