Since 2012, goFLUENT has been a partner of Bristol-Myers Squibb in the deployment of a blended learning solution for its employees. This blended solution integrated a number of pedagogical methods in one platform: eLearning, telephone lessons, and face-to-face sessions. This solution allowed learners to switch between each learning method, while still using the same learning resources across their training. The consistency of their training allowed each learner to learn at their own pace and experience a tremendous increase in their English levels.

Client Story: Eli Lilly

In 2008, Eli Lilly partnered with goFLUENT to meet their corporate English training needs. goFLUENT's phone lessons and writing practice are accessible, efficient, and effective, and the number of Eli Lilly employees participating in goFLUENT's program has reached almost 700 and is still growing. We were able to speak with Carla Costa from Eli Lilly's Global Learning and Development team for Italy and Latin America, and Antonello Paliotta, Treasury and Credit Manager at Eli Lilly Italy. In 2009 goFLUENT launched the English@O-I Program in more than 10 country sites of O-I (Owens-Illinois Inc), and the success of the program has proven to be extremely beneficial for the Fortune 500 Company (2010).
