The latest Live LC (Learning Consultant) Chat within goFLUENT’s Corporate Language Academy delivers an exciting and useful feature for language learners around the globe. The new portal feature can help them connect with their dedicated and always available learning consultants which enhances their overall language learning experience to achieve better digital upskilling.

After the launch of Emile in 2020, goFLUENT has enhanced its own artificial intelligence which enables learners to have a better personalized learning experience through a more accurate and smarter recommendation system.

Currently, activities and learning content are assigned to learners based on different factors such as their current language level, categories of their completed activities, learning profile while also balancing all types of language learning activities (grammar, how-to, vocabulary, etc.). Before, Emile only recommended content based on the results of learners’ placement test which included the language level, job and industry, and interests.

Another Emile enhancement allows learners to hide a particular activity. It will then enable the system to learn different aspects of the activity to avoid suggesting similar activities to the learner in the Recommended For You section within the language training portal.

All the updates and upgrades in Emile are geared towards improving the learning experience and providing a seamless learning journey for every learner no matter their language levels and in whatever industry they belong to.

Quicker Assessment for Easier Progress Tracking

Progress is key to every training program and it is not an exception when it comes to language learning. Within the goFLUENT language training portal, learners will be assigned a new placement test every 3 to 6 months (depending on the preference of their organization) for them to be able to recalibrate their language skills and assess their current language level which can help them continue progressing to reach their desired level of proficiency.

The update also includes the new Standalone Quiz (Quiz Only) wherein learners can practice different language skills instantly. They can do this in order to prepare for a test or certification or if they need to brush up their skills for an incoming promotion exam. It is also another way for learners to assess their language skills aside from taking the placement test which will be recommended to them every 3 to 6 months (depending on the preference of their respective organizations).

Help Has Never Been More Reachable

Learners can instantly call for help by accessing the Contact Us page where they can click on the contact numbers and dedicated emails for quicker response from their respective learning consultants who can immediately address their concerns and help them overcome different learning challenges.

Users can access the Contact Us button within the language training portal by toggling on the drop down menu beside their profile icon and clicking on the “mail” logo (Contact Us) where they can also instantly keep in touch with a learning consultant.
