“We always work to meet the specific needs of our clients by carefully listening to their business and training goals,” said goFLUENT CEO Christophe Ferrandou. “We know that by being client-focused, we will be able to ensure impactful solutions that result in a valuable return on their investment. We are honored to be recognized for the flexibility and effectiveness of the solutions we provide. It just goes to show that we are right on track with our values and our business.”

For the Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program category, goFLUENT worked with TIM (Telecom Italia), who sought out a solutions provider that could maximize the engagement of 50,000 employees in English language training. goFLUENT successfully deployed a tailormade and TIM-branded eLearning platform, that includes a mobile app, to cater to the varying objectives, limitations, and interests of individual employees.
For the Best Use of Blended Learning category, goFLUENT addressed Schneider Electric’s needs for an effective English language training solution by providing an optimum mix of eLearning, telephone lessons, online writing lessons, and face-to-face lessons, with just the right combination of autonomy and guidance that will keep their employees motivated and engaged.

“Excellence Award winners symbolize the power and impact that Human Capital Management practices can have on a business or on any organization,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Many organizations can have great HCM initiatives, but the standard of excellence only applies for organizations whose HCM practices truly benefit the business. That’s what the Excellence Awards program stands for, and that is what Brandon Hall Group stands for.”

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.
