Ube joined goFLUENT as a trainer in 2007 and became a Trainer Manager in 2009. After earning her degree in business administration and accountancy, she worked in the financial services industry. She specialized in marketing mutual funds, life insurance, and mortgages; later on, she helped establish new branches for her company. After this, she helped run small marketing and sales businesses, taking care of the financial and administrative end of things. Ube enjoys working with people and easily fell in love with her first goFLUENT job as a trainer. Now she delights in helping other trainers continue to do their best and grow the number of happy, satisfied learners.

Joy Anne worked as an online English trainer in a Korean company before working for goFLUENT. She taught Koreans from different walks of life: businessmen, soldiers, housewives, college and high school students, and children.  At the same time, she was a personal English tutor to Chinese nationals whose families worked for the Chinese Commercial Embassy in the Philippines. Joy Anne has always been involved in youth counseling and other volunteer work. Working in goFLUENT has allowed her to constantly be in touch with people of different nationalities and cultures, which makes her job fulfilling and challenging at the same time.

Lorelei used to be a Customer Relations Account Executive for a semiconductor company. She managed accounts and developed good relationships with foreign and local customers/suppliers. She also taught basic English to employees. Previous to that, she had been an executive assistant for a church organization. Lorelei had also served as a worker in local and international settings, heading outreach groups and leading English study groups.  In addition to English, she also speaks Filipino and Chinese (Mandarin).
